Clean, disassemble and inspect used pumps and sub-assemblies and prepare related reports. Make minor repairs to worn parts as necessary. Rebuild used pumps and sub-assemblies to Sulzer specifications. Perform all in-process quality inspections as described in the quality plans and work instructions Maintain short thru-put time for re-builds / repairs. Visit regional customers to promote rebuild program and to pickup and deliver assemblies as necessary. Maintain inventory of components and assemblies associated with re-build program.
