Job Details

As a Senior Manager on the Product Team reporting to the VP Product, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and collaborating with various functional groups and product/-s. Your responsibilities include leading the preparation, validation, and implementation of key product initiatives. You will collaborate with various stakeholders internally/externally to help define scope, processes, SOP, deliveries, definition-of-done, features, metrics, and tradeoffs, as well as alternative solutions. You will work with technology and data science teams, product analysts for system impact assessments, technical scope support, and to ensure high quality delivery and implementation. You will also ensure operational readiness and ownership of product delivery. As you develop business cases and implement solutions, you will have a direct impact on our business and help our customers achieve financial success.
