Powder Coating Machine Operator
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Powder Coating Machine Operator for a company based in Inman, SC. In this role, you will operate and maintain a powder coating machine in a manufacturing setting, ensuring products are coated evenly and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include machine setup, troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and following safety protocols while helping to meet production goals.

Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3 30 pm. or 10:00 a.m. to 6:30pm.

Powder Coating Machine OperatorDuties and Responsibilities
• Installing and cleaning of machinery
• Inspect materials for quality
• Replace and repair machine parts
• Monitor and adjust processes to optimize quality, and correct defects, including the completion of hourly quality checks
• Complete, perform, and material changeovers

Powder Coating Machine OperatorQualificationsandRequirements
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, identify problems, address problems and meet deadlines
• Operate material handling equipment
• Basic math skills, computer skills
• Mechanical and electrical trouble shooting, and repair
