Our client, a healthcare solutions provider, is seeking a Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only to join their team. As a Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only, you will be part of the Customer Service Department supporting Hawaii healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to assist others, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr Remote CSR HI Residents only

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay Range: $19.38

Shift: 7:30AM - 4:30PM HST, Monday through Friday

What's The Job?

Respond effectively to all inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance to healthcare providers.

Support healthcare providers in enrolling into Hawaii's Medicaid system by processing applications and related transactions.

Participate in comprehensive training and shadowing to develop proficiency in call handling and application processing.

Investigate and resolve complex issues, escalating when necessary, to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

What's Needed?

At least 6 months of call center experience required.

Experience in healthcare application processing is preferred.

High school diploma or GED required; relevant professional experience is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment.
