The ZL supports all aspects of the visual merchandising processes for the store by planning, in conjunction with the Zone Manager, and leading the transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets while at the same time maintaining visual integrity, a neat/clean, organized environment, and inspiring guests to discover ideas and solutions through compelling visual merchandising. The ZL supports Task Management by planning/executing the daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks as delegated by the Zone Manager to deliver on visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, guest engagement, etc., and ensures all tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner. The ZL participates in all freight processes for incoming freight and/or transitions. The ZL processes freight sorts, stocks product in designated areas, including down stocking and end cap maintenance while maintaining a neat, clean, organized zone.
