The Senior Clinician provides therapeutic services, including individual, group, and couples/family counseling, while managing a caseload balanced with supervisory, administrative, and some case management responsibilities.
Deliver clinical and administrative supervision to staff, assist with chart audits and tracking clinician productivity as needed,
Serve as the lead clinician in the director's absence, and assist with overseeing graduate student interns.
Collaborating closely with the director, they support the oversight and implementation of key program initiatives to ensure effective service delivery and ongoing program development.
Participates in quality improvement initiatives, staff training, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensures compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
