What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or management.

Assist visitors, staff, and/or patients with directions and general information as needed while monitoring access points.

Support Allied Universal and client policies by maintaining a strong security-related presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
