Bilingual (Spanish/English) Industrial Services Team Leader
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an (Bilingual: Spanish & English) Industrial Services Team Leader for a company based in Greer, SC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow within the company, lead a team, and develop valuable leadership and operational skills.

Pay Rate
$22.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Wednesday: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Saturday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Industrial Services Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of industrial cleaners
• Train new team members on safety procedures and cleaning protocols
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Perform deep cleaning of industrial areas, including floors, and machinery

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Industrial Services Team Leader Qualifications and Requirements
• Must speak Spanish and English fluently
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and lead by example
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy loads safely and efficiently.
• Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination to maneuver equipment in tight spaces and navigate busy warehouse environments.

Job Type
Full-time, temporary to hire
