Project Manager – Healthcare Construction

Location: Greenville, SC

Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 base + $700/month vehicle allowance + competitive bonuses

The Role:

You'll lead healthcare construction projects ranging from $13M to $80M in value — from groundbreaking through completion. You'll collaborate closely with owners, architects, and field teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while upholding the company's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism across every site.

What You'll Do:

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects ($13M–$80M range)
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field operations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with major healthcare organizations
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
• Mentor project engineers and assistant project managers
• Partner with the executive and preconstruction teams to plan successful project delivery

What You'll Need:

• 7–10 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
• Proven experience managing large-scale healthcare construction projects
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Stable career history — not seeking frequent job changer
