Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Builder to join our team. This role is responsible for the mechanical assembly of custom automation equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and precision throughout the build process. The ideal candidate will have experience interpreting mechanical drawings, operating machining tools, and collaborating effectively within a team environment.

Day-to-Day:

• Assembly of equipment per mechanical drawings.
• Ensure that changes and problems get documented and communicated.
• Carry out assigned tasks with minimum direct supervision.
• Execute ISO Quality standards.
• Communicate with the Machine Build Lead on open issues and progress during the build process.
• Effectively and safely operate: Mill, Lathe, and Drill Press

Must Have Requirements - Minimum requirements for the role.

• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency reading part and assembly drawings (Blueprints)
• 3 Years of machine building experience/automation
• Ability to provide own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job
• Travel 20% of the time - greenville location
• High school diploma
