As a Samsung Experience Consultant (SEC) based at Best Buy 272 – Greenville, SC 29607, you will drive sales of Samsung mobile products and services, build relationships with Best Buy staff, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Day‑in‑the‑Life As a Retail Sales Associate
- Demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy.
- Provide up‑to‑date product information to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily trainings, collaboration and goal sharing.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sell‑out of Samsung mobile products and services using conversational consulting sales techniques.
- Uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products.
- Build confidence in Samsung products for customers and Best Buy employees as a brand evangelist.
- Establish strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to support store initiatives.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals monthly.
- Provide excellent customer and client service.
- Maintain retail brand standards through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness.
- Reset displays for new product launches.
- Complete daily sales performance reports and provide retail insights.
Performance Measurements
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Daily accurate reporting.
- Meet or exceed established monthly/weekly sales quotas.
- High customer/client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Samsung products and services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and high‑demand retail holidays.
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
