Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical Superintendent based in Greenville, SC. The Electrical Superintendent will lead and coordinate all aspects of electrical field operations for assigned projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. This includes supervision of field crews, scheduling, proactive planning, coordination with general contractors/owners, and hands-on support when needed.


Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all electrical field operations from pre-construction through project closeout.
  • Supervise multiple electrical crews, foremen, electricians, and helpers.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and NEC requirements.
  • Coordinate daily with project management, general contractors, and owners.
  • Maintain jobsite safety and ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and company safety policies.
  • Lead daily planning, scheduling, material procurement, and tool logistics.
  • Support material inventory and proactively plan to reduce delays.
  • Serve as the primary field liaison for technical and workforce coordination.
  • Mentor field staff and support skill development across all levels.
  • Use and maintain required field tools and lockout/tagout equipment


Requirements:

  • 7+ years in a supervisory or superintendent role in Electrical department.
  • Excellent working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Skilled in interpreting complex electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Familiarity with all required tools from Green Helper through Superintendent level.
  • Strong leadership with a track record of managing crews in active construction environments.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate labor and materials across multiple work areas.
  • Comfortable collaborating with general contractors, owners, and project managers.
  • High attention to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly rate based on experience.
