Summary:

Our award-winning client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. Join our team as a Manufacturing Engineer and play a key role in improving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, tackling challenges and driving positive change.
• Diagnose equipment and part defects, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Streamline processes to enhance quality, material flow, and cycle times.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation for smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Process Planning on new equipment, tooling, and process launches.
• Develop training programs to empower team members on new and modified processes.

• Engineering degree (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
• Manufacturing experience (automotive industry a plus).
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and implement solutions.
• Experience with developing, installing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment/processes.
• Understanding lean manufacturing principles (Six Sigma, JIS, OEE, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in common computer programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
