Description:

Our client in Greenville is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join their claims department team. This is a temp-to-hire position, fully on-site.
In this role, you will collect, enter, and distribute claims-related information for the team. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for claims-related inquiries via phone, fax, or email, ensuring a high level of customer service in both English and Spanish.
  • Accurately input claims data into the system upon receipt of the first notice of loss.
  • Provide timely assistance to claim adjusters and managers by completing assigned administrative tasks.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding claim status and assist in the resolution of issues.
  • Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluency required).
  • Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an insurance or claims environment.
  • Strong telephone communication and data entry skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other standard computer applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay: $20/hour
