You will be the 2nd Shift Operations Production Lead, F-16 for the Lockheed Martin Greenville site. This role requires interfacing with multiple functional organizations, area supervisors, and the assembly crew to resolve issues and constraints in the production environment.
What You Will Be Doing The F-16 Flight Operations Production Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating aircraft assembly and production activities while providing status updates on work documents and tasks completed within their area. The Flight Operations Production Lead will be considered a working lead that will maintain certifications and qualifications to perform production tasks as required to complete tasks on the product, as well as the below listed responsibilities:

This position is in Greenville, SC.
Fighter aircraft (F-16, F-35, F-22), APG experience highly desirable. Tactical Aircraft Flight Operations experience. Demonstrate strong critical thinking in a fast pace environment. Ability to problem solve. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills. Leadership experience. Ability to lead a team to meet critical schedules and resolve technical issues. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications with ability apply their intent. Ability to understand aircraft work instructions and technical orders. Champion of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control measures.
