ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist in directing and coordinating staff in providing customer service activities.
- Assist with reviews and act upon customer requests, complaints, and inquiries to ensure quality customer service.
- Assist with maximizing sales and profits within the car wash. Controls car wash expenses, monitors and corrects shrinkage problems, and operates within budget.
- Supervises associates and coaches within the car wash to ensure compliance with Merchandising, Pricing, and Administrative requirements established by the Spinx Company, Inc.
- Adheres to work schedules in accordance with the Labor Scheduler and assigns employees to specific duties.
- Assist in the Coordinates training for employees. reports performance issues, recommends improvement procedures as required, and properly documents actions.
- Assist with all preventive maintenance procedures and oversee daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance equipment checks.
- Place orders for soap, chemicals, and parts to maintain appropriate inventory as the Manager directs
- Leads by positive example - Wow the customer- May have to wipe down, vacuum, or wash vehicles
- Maintain and perform cash management duties, as well as all office accounting, and report discrepancies to CWM

We are currently looking for Assistant Tunnel Car Wash Managers. This position has responsibility, under the direction of the Site Manager, for day-to-day operations, including car wash operations, maintaining a safe environment, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, & supervising employees. The Tunnel Car Wash Manager will also learn how to promote store profitability, maintain brand standards, execute marketing programs, control expenses, manage inventory levels & shortage control and adhere to and enforce all company programs, policies and procedures.
• Complete computer-based training for newly hired employees.
• Learn how to plan and prepare work schedules in accordance with Labor Scheduler and assign employees to specific duties. Ensures that the car wash is in compliance with all appropriate, local state and federal regulations including, but not limited to hours of work, wages, age restrictions, fair employment laws, OSHA, DHEC, etc.
• Leads by positive example and demonstrates current ability and knowledge of all car wash functions.
• Responsible/accountable for the facility, its overall physical image, maintenance, equipment, safe environment, inventory, cash & cash equivalencies.
• Follows the proper flow of communication as outlined in the Store Operations Communication Guideline (When to Communicate)
• Performance for this role is measured with direct reference to the responsibilities indicated above and their corresponding metrics.
Compensation from $17.50 to $19.00 per hour with 10 hours a week built in Overtime.
Average monthly bonus: $500.00

Requirements Responsible for direction of three to fifteen Store Team Members.
Required to work 50 hours per week.
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Four-year college or university degree or a minimum of two years related retail management experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Valid in-state Driver's License with required auto insurance, and acceptable motor vehicle report
