About the Opportunity

Are you reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in material handling and inventory systems? We're urgently hiring a Material Handler / Inventory Specialist to join our growing team in Greenville, SC.

This is a 1st shift, contract-to-hire position with a pathway to permanent employment and full benefits. You'll be working with a global leader in surface technologies, supporting industries such as automotive, mechanical engineering, and medical technology, with more than 80 years of innovation and expertise.

What You'll Do

• Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks efficiently
• Package and stage materials for production or shipment
• Accurately enter and track inventory using internal computer systems
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with visual inspection of parts and materials

What We're Looking For

Experience with forklift operation (certification a plus)
Strong organizational and staging skills
Comfortable using computers and data entry systems
Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory control
Attention to detail for visual inspection tasks
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
Ability to lift/move materials as needed AND DRIVE DELIVERY TRUCK (once hired on)

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $20/hour

• Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• OT: Weekend overtime available as needed
• Type: Contract-to-Hire
