As a Patrol Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service to those you interact with. Time: Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM, Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting in maintaining order at the site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or situations encountered during patrols in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access to the facility.
• Work closely with on-site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address concerns and maintain a secure environment.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patrols, incidents, and routine activities as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
