ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Laudisi Enterprises — the parent company of Smokingpipes.com, Laudisi Distribution Group, Cornell & Diehl, Peterson of Dublin, Caldwell Cigars, and Low Country Pipe & Cigar — are searching for candidates who can embrace the energy of a fast‑paced environment to get things done in our expanding Shipping department.

The backbone of our entire organization, our Shipping department plays a critical role in our continued dedication to customer service. We receive daily emails and testimonials ranging from, “Wow, I got my order ridiculously fast,” to, “I purchased 100 different products, and there are no mistakes. Amazing!” — all due to the hard work of our team of intrepid Shipping Associates, who ensure our customers continue to receive their orders, exactly as they were placed, as fast as possible.

Working as a dynamic, fluid team, our Shipping Associates pull, pack, and ship hundreds of orders per day. Our energy is high and we're intensely focused, but that doesn't mean we don't have fun. Our facility and shipping warehouse is 100% climate controlled, with upbeat music in the background (we rotate tunes regularly based on preferences) and plenty of laughter and jokes to go around.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pull, pack and ship product with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform regular organizational and cleaning duties for the shipping department
• Accurately weigh, package, and label loose tobacco for customer orders
• Keep track of your schedule through our web‑based scheduling software
• Serve our valuable customers with passion and integrity.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Maintain a positive attitude
• Be punctual, reliable, and flexible
• Attendance on‑site
• Availability to work days and weekends
• Work autonomously while also building strong working relationships with management and team members
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Be a focused team player each and everyday
• Have a valid Driver's License
• Ability to lift 30lb
• Pass a criminal background check
