Job Details

Maintenance and Repair o Conduct quality scheduled maintenance, new equipment installations, approved modifications, minor and major equipment overhauls, paint jobs, condition assessments, and rental truck preparations according to policies and procedures. o Analyze and address breakdowns of customer equipment, recommending and executing corrective actions. o Rebuild and repair components and perform factory-authorized modifications as per specifications. o Provide field service support as needed. - Customer Service o Exhibit a professional demeanor and provide superior customer service to foster goodwill between the company and customers. o Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for each repair. - Safety and Cleanliness o Follow safety rules and ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste. o Keep work area clean, free of clutter, and maintain personal/shop tools in good repair. o Adhere to Carolina Handlings safety and housekeeping guidelines during all repairs. - Additional Dutie...Shop Technician, Technician, Rental, Customer Service, Shop, Mechanical, Manufacturing
