We are currently hiring for Security Officers for in the Spartanburg, SC area. These positions have a starting pay range of $20/hr, dependent on site placement, and are paid weekly. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular patrols of the property on foot and via golf cart. - Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. - Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies. - Communicate clearly and professionally via radio, phone, and in-person. - Maintain detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs using computer systems. - Collaborate effectively with team members, building management, and law enforcement when necessary. - Provide excellent customer service and always maintain a professional demeanor. - Enforce building policies and procedures consistently and respectfully. - Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises. - Assist with evacuation procedures and emergency response protocols.
