Prepare the press for the order set up by the operator and convert plain material into printed material. Pay rate: $19.25 Essential Functions and Responsibilities Pre-stage all inks, materials at the press prior to the changeover. Change inks per production order. Change blades and seals; correct build-up and break down of doctor blade chambers. Load and unload material on and off the press using material handling devices. Band all outgoing materials and transport to the warehouse using a material moving vehicle (prime mover or pallet jack). Monitor print quality and additional attributes in conjunction with the Operator or during Operator breaks. Tool, Equipment and Material Requirements: Use of site approved tools only, loupe, dyne pen, hoist. Operation of motorized material handling devices. Responsible for equipment necessary to perform assigned tasks. Safety Requirements: Wear all required PPE & PFS: beard/hair net, hearing protection, safety glasses, bump cap, and safety shoes.
