The Senior UX Producer plays an important role enabling cross-cutting CX initiatives and executing operational improvements to enable the UX practice within VXD
The role will enhance UX delivery, improved tooling and systems, and foster better CX outcomes.
The Senior UX Producer will work closely with business and UX leaders, crew members, and the UX Operations team to ensure timely and effective execution of focused operational priorities.
The Senior UX Producer must be PMP certified and have experience in product development and delivery

foundation that will improve the quality and impact of design value at scale in service to our crew and clients.
UX Producers offer services across the organization to streamline UX work enabling priority initiatives.
In 2025 and 2026 they will focus on key areas to accelerate cross-cutting:

Facilitate UX initiation, planning, implementation and closure activities at the initiative level to orchestrate an effective plan across discovery and delivery work streams (coaching/facilitating breakdown quarterly work in BRP, coaching teams to create and maintain, sprint goals, better create their epics and UX tickets)
Deliver integrated UX dependency map to communicate outcome, timing or resource risks with proactive options for risk mitigation
Monitor and report on UX workstreams process and mitigate outcome, timing and resource risks
Change management and comms for UX work streams (Portfolio Level)
Partner with leaders/teams to incorporate UX metrics to understand the impact of initiative level work. May include UX flow metrics and CX metrics based on needs
Co-create a quarterly memo to highlight CX and UX impact
Create consolidated view of priorities using workflow tools to inform trade-offs. Produce
UX resource assessment leveraging team and JIRA / Viz data to recommend both risk mitigation and future opportunities for scale on-going and have visibility into unplanned work and its impacts
Explore with new methods to accelerate client outcomes including incorporating lean strategies, AI and other UX workflow or Org model innovations
Invest in UX producer cohort collab standards and practices in sharing taking a build once method to deploy consistent strategies quickly using a team-oriented model
