RCM Consultant | Healthcare Ops & Analytics

We are looking for an experienced RCM Consultant to lead revenue optimization for our provider clients. This is not a billing jobit's a strategic, analytical, and client-facing role. You'll uncover root causes, create strategic remediations, and work with our product and AI teams to deliver long-term automation.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the trusted advisor for clients on all RCM-related matters.
• Lead audits and diagnose billing inefficiencies, payment delays, and denial issues.
• Use data tools and client insights to deliver operational improvements.
• Communicate clearly and credibly with clients, executives, and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in RCM consulting or advanced revenue cycle operations.
• Proficient in payer rules, denial workflows, and healthcare data analysis.
• Clear communicator with excellent client relationship skills.
• Strong analytical toolset (Excel, SQL, dashboards).

Compensation: $80k$100k base + bonus + equity.
