Job Description

• Job responsibilities include those listed in the competencies document.
• Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co‑workers in accordance with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Serves as project leader in a coordinating role between clients and IT personnel for problem resolution, project evaluation, and system integration and implementation.
• Coordinates systems support including design, coding, documentation, training, and implementation of multiple systems.
• Serves as primary liaison between IT department, vendors, and clients for multiple complex systems/applications and interfaces.
• Provides technical assistance to clients and IT staff specifically related to integration of complex systems.
• Participates in on‑call rotation schedule, including daily, after hours, and weekends for 24x7 client support when necessary.

Requirements

• Five years of related work experience including coding, interface programming, system integration, and information systems/technology support.
• High proficiency in desktop applications including Word, Excel, and Project Management Software.
• Team player with excellent communication, initiative, organizational, analytical skills and ability to lead projects.
• Thorough understanding of change control, code management, troubleshooting, and monitoring of system performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Relevant certifications or registrations as required.
