The Assistant Director of Continuing Education will provide leadership in developing, implementing, and delivering CE workforce certification/certificate programs and initiatives. Candidate will manage professional partnerships and provide programmatic instruction as assigned. This position will be directly involved in the development and implementation of in-demand, high-impact micro-learning programs to increase student skill attainment. This position and the Continuing Education Team will gather, analyze, and utilize institutional data to implement strategic learning opportunities. This will be accomplished through collaborative efforts. This position will work closely with Faculty and staff to strategize and provide the necessary tools and resources for continued student success. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain a collaborative and team-building environment. Proficiency in teaching methodology, supervision, instruction, evaluation, and guidance to students.
