KEMET, a YAGEO Group company, is seeking a MES Developer in Simpsonville, SC. This role focuses on delivering high-quality MES (Manufacturing Execution System) services, including new features, system enhancements, and operational support. Collaboration with business stakeholders and the development team is essential to manage support, understand requirements, coordinate projects, develop applications, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and oversee project releases.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver MES applications efficiently.
2. Implement code changes to support business needs.
3. Coordinate UAT with users and manage project releases.
4. Work with the global architect to improve the MES system, supporting standardization and consolidation, while ensuring SOX compliance and system safety.
5. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proactive and initiative-driven mindset.
• Experience in .NET Windows and web application development.
• Proficiency with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with IT system development under SOX compliance is advantageous.
• Preferred: Experience with Vue.js, microservices architecture, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Red Hat OpenShift.
