About the Role

This is a hands‑on Quality Supervisor position for someone who building, implementing, and owning a quality program with guidance from company leadership. You will be the organization's first dedicated quality professional, responsible for creating systems and processes while performing inspections and documentation yourself.

The facility operates two shifts (6:00 AM to 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM). Working 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM allows overlap with both teams to maintain alignment and consistency in quality. As the company continues to expand, this role will grow to include hiring and training one or two quality inspectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality procedures and documentation.
• Perform inspections and testing of materials and finished products.
• Partner with operations and production to identify and resolve issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in quality management or senior quality roles within manufacturing.
• Ability to be both hands‑on and strategic in building a program.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams.
• Familiarity with OSHA, ANSI, or ASME standards is a plus.
