We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Compliance Monitoring and Testing team at our Homebase in Greenville, SC. This is your chance to develop and execute testing programs that ensure our lending operations and products comply with all applicable state and federal regulations.

The Opportunity

You'll play a crucial role in identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our Compliance Testing Program.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate state and federal laws and regulations to assess company obligations
• Develop comprehensive testing programs and determine appropriate sampling methodologies
• Lead specific compliance projects while providing feedback on other analysts' work
• Document findings and prepare clear reports describing identified risks
• Collaborate with management on effective risk mitigation strategies
• Build relationships with stakeholders across all company areas
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our Compliance Testing Program
• Manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines

What You Bring

• Bachelor's Degree (may be waived with sufficient relevant experience and certifications)
• 3-5 years of previous audit experience (financial, retail, or banking)
• 3-5 years of financial compliance testing or regulatory compliance experience
• Strong understanding of financial regulations (ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA, TILA, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented approach with consistent accuracy in testing results
• Ability to identify and clearly communicate areas of risk
• Adaptability to changing environments in a fast-paced setting
