The Impact You Will Have: You will help our customers explore and adopt productivity solutions that enable secure collaboration and foster meaningful interactions. As a Solution Architect, you will articulate what is possible for our customers to transform their business for the hybrid-cloud era with productivity suites such as Microsoft 365 and Cisco technologies.

What You'll Do:

  • Showcase your growth mindset by seeking to understand our customers' business challenges and designing a solution that best achieves the end goal.
  • Bring people together by acting as a bridge between our sales team and our customers, sharing insights on the latest productivity solutions, and presenting and hosting workshops with business leaders.
  • Challenge customers by using your skills, insight, and experience to help them see what it takes to do the right things versus simply doing things right.
  • Create an excellent experience for our customers and your internal stakeholders with adaptable communications skills that foster a collaborative environment.

What You'll Bring To The Table:

  • You have experience empowering people with the technology they want and need to thrive in the workplace.
  • You are a learner and a quick study, always curious about new technologies and how they impact our customers' businesses.
  • You have a knack for guiding people to the right solution while making them feel it was their decision all along.
  • You make people feel heard and important regardless of their rank through your inclusive communication skills.
  • You are a courageous leader who brings your whole self to work, ready to tackle tough conversations, and willing to be vulnerable and lean in on others.
  • You have exceptional communication and personal skills, both written and verbal.
  • 7+ years of industry experience in technology focus area; 4+ years' experience in services pre-sales or post-sales services delivery/support capacity.

  • Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration (Office 365 suite: Exchange, OneDrive, Teams)
  • Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection (Enterprise Mobility + Security)
  • Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management (Windows 11)
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Cisco WebEx and WebEx Teams

Secondary Technologies:

  • Cisco Call Manager and Contact Center
  • Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance (Azure Information Protection, Security Center)
