Overview

Senior Product Manager, Insights at DoiT. This role is remote and can be based in the East or Central time zones of the US, the United Kingdom, or Ireland.

Responsibilities

  • Develop deep contextual understanding of our business, our clients, our users, and their needs
  • Proactively identify important problems to tackle in the primary focus area (e.g., competitive, strategic, customer-focused, and in support of company goals)
  • Build a coherent strategy and roadmap for addressing these problems with measurable objectives that align stakeholders and teams
  • Build requirements that align product solutions closely to customer needs, and define phased, rapid, iterative delivery with superior customer experience
  • Drive, track, and document progress against plans with open and clear communication in the face of change
  • Collaborate with Executives and other cross-functional leadership to ensure product strategy aligns with the company vision and business needs
  • Maintain competitive and market awareness to ensure sustained differentiation
  • Verify readiness of features for release to clients (in production/pre-production form)

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in product roles, building capabilities for B2B SaaS products with technical users
  • Well-informed on cloud and SaaS technologies with an understanding of key user and buyer personas (DevOps Engineers, SREs, Data Engineers, FinOps Professionals, CIOs/CTOs, CFOs, IT Managers, etc.)
  • Ideally, experience applying AI/ML to product use cases, particularly in technical products
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking; able to triage, prioritize, build consensus, and lead cross-functional teams under pressure
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with people in all traditional SDLC roles and lead when necessary
  • Strong technical skills to engage productively with technical teams
  • Ability to set expectations with a roadmap of technical and business-driven objectives
  • Ability to adapt to the fast-changing SaaS market and pivot and learn quickly
  • Comfort making difficult decisions with imperfect data and gaining buy-in from stakeholders
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
