Overview

Join Your Creative People as a Senior Back‑End Developer. In a full‑time, in‑office role you will build efficient, high‑quality solutions for internal projects and custom client applications. We accept only U.S. candidates with five or more years of experience.

Short‑Term Responsibilities

  • Become familiar with our codebase, tech stack, development and deployment process, and our project management process.
  • Integrate into the development team and understand the weekly workflow.
  • Get to know our clients and how they use our products.

Long‑Term Responsibilities

  • Develop next‑generation versions of our content management system (CMS), learning management system (LMS), Human Resources software tools, and other YCP resellable software services.
  • Improve the current stable releases of our existing SaaS platforms.
  • Support customers of the platforms we offer via chat, phone, and email.
  • Provide quality assurance (QA) and code coverage checks.
  • Collaborate with the front‑end development team to build custom components for larger client websites.
  • Integrate with third‑party systems and APIs to extend our products.
  • Assist at the server level for upgrades, installs, and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of software development experience.
  • Proficient in C#.NET.
  • Experience with HTML, JavaScript and web development frameworks.
  • Proven experience with software design and OOD methodologies.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with ORM frameworks.
  • BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
  • Experience with web services development (SOAP, REST).
  • Strong in object‑oriented programming, MVC, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
