Key responsibilities include:

  • Build product according to specifications.
  • Operate manufacturing equipment to maintain workflow.
  • Pull and prepare parts for jobs.
  • Fill in for absent team members when required.
  • Work overtime when necessary to meet production goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Skills, knowledge, and expertise required:

  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use various measuring devices.
  • Capacity to learn and operate multiple pieces of equipment.
  • Strong attendance record.
  • Previous production experience is a plus.

Education requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED.

Physical/mental requirements:

  • Full body mobility and good eyesight.
  • Strong hand-eye coordination.
  • Constant alertness and attention to detail.
  • Tolerance for exposure to some odors.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
