Then this Controller could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities: Direct all financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. Manage financial reporting and compliance, accounting operations, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, financial analysis, and inventory management. Partner closely with executive leadership to support informed decision-making that drives profitability and sustainable growth. Champion and uphold the organization's values. Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting. Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP. Ensure the month-end and year-end close processes are completed accurately and on schedule. Oversee and validate inventory cycle counts and related accounting to ensure accuracy and proper valuation. Maintain compliance with all federal and state tax regulations and reporting requirements. Coordinate and support external and internal audits as required. Provide variance analysis, trend identification, and financial insights to leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities. Manage cash flow, forecasting, and working capital to support liquidity and operational efficiency. Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff, ensuring high performance and professional growth. Collaborate with cross-functional departments (operations, sales, purchasing, and HR) to achieve company-wide objectives. Act as a strategic financial advisor to senior leadership, offering guidance on investments, growth strategies, and risk management initiatives. Other duties as assigned. Required Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Corporate Controller. Experience within manufacturing operations.
