As a Restaurant Assistant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will lead and inspire your team, manage essential processes, and implement strategies that drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-operated facility, adhering to food safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
Boost sales through effective ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Support the Restaurant Manager in executing tasks, maintaining schedule integrity, managing cash, and completing regular reports.
Collaborate with the team to prepare and package customer orders promptly, ensuring excellent service.
Analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with the Restaurant Manager in talent acquisition efforts.
Experience and Qualifications:
Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum of 1+ years in restaurant management.
Experience managing operations with annual sales exceeding $1 million.
Background in budget management and analyzing P&L statements for at least 1+ years.
Supervision and training experience of 5-10+ employees for 1+ years.
Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
A valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
Skills and Abilities:
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
Proven customer service skills, ability to build rapport, and expert-level sales techniques.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong teamwork abilities.
Physical readiness to perform tasks that require standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving items over 75 pounds.
