As a Trimble Operations Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping clients optimize their business operations through effective use of Trimble software. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and craft tailored strategies that enhance their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your Trimble product expertise to support clients both independently and within project teams.
  • Assess business processes and collaborate with clients to identify requirements and implement optimal software solutions.
  • Provide top-notch technical support and training for Trimble software, crafting training materials and documentation as needed.
  • Lead software implementation efforts, coordinating tasks related to the deployment of Vista, Spectrum, and/or ProjectSight.
  • Build and maintain project tools to ensure efficient and consistent delivery and reporting.
  • Work with internal teams to continually improve our service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence to build trust and manage client expectations through complex interactions.
  • Stay updated on the latest Trimble software versions and industry trends through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience with construction management software implementation or management.
  • Expertise in Trimble products such as Vista, Spectrum, and/or ProjectSight; ERP technology implementation experience is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of construction industry practices and experience using project management tools is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across varying organizational levels.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities to devise creative solutions and implement effective strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and eagerness to learn new technologies.
Physical Demands & Job Requirements
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements and team meetings (up to 25% of the time).
