Job Description
  • Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Conduct final inspections and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
