Job Description: Community Banking Sales & Service Administrator

About the Role

The Community Banking Sales & Service Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Sales and Service Department by managing resources, coordinating meetings, and overseeing the banks Voice of the Customer program. This position ensures the smooth operation of tools and systems that drive customer engagement and internal communication.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day operations of Sales and Service resources including 360View, SharePoint, and Branch Appointment Systems.
  • Build engaging PowerPoint presentations and maintain the Sales and Service page on Uconnect.
  • Oversee the Sales and Service and Website Leads email box, providing research and resolution support.
  • Administer the banks Voice of the Customer program (CSP), including training, reporting, and contract management.
  • Provide monthly reports to internal support areas and monitor employee appeals for fairness.
  • Schedule and communicate Sales and Service meetings and training sessions.
  • Write and submit articles for internal newsletters and Uconnect.
  • Coordinate training sessions with Bank Support for programs such as Living United, Understanding Credit, and CSP Training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager and Head of Retail Sales.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in the financial industry.
  • Previous experience with administrative tasks preferred.
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Required Skills

  • Broad knowledge of financial services industry, processes, and products.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to create engaging resources and materials.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and judgment.
  • Self-motivated and productive with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner and proven team player.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with internal communication platforms such as SharePoint and Uconnect.
  • Familiarity with customer feedback programs like CSP.
  • Ability to write and edit internal communications and training materials.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have direct reports.

Travel

Up to 10% travel may be required.

Conditions of Employment

  • Must participate in all required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training.
  • Must attend internal and external training programs, meetings, and seminars as needed.
