Selectek has an immediate need to hire for an HVAC Project Manager in Greenville, SC.
Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years of experience in HVAC Mechanical
• 10 to 15 years of experience in Project Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Strong leadership
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with your team to ensure that they have the necessary materials, tools, and equipment to complete their tasks.
• Manage project risk, identifying potential issues and problem-solving.
• Ensure that projects comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Communicate with clients, provide progress updates, and ensure their needs and expectations are met.

Pay Rate: $80,000 - $105,000
Term: Direct Hire
