Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain high standards of employee appearance and conduct for a pleasant customer environment.
  2. Train crew according to guidelines and procedures.
  3. Ensure the store's physical facility and equipment are in top condition.
  4. Manage food and supplies efficiently, including ordering and inventory control.
  5. Uphold food quality and safety standards.
  6. Handle cash, reconciliation, and deposits in compliance with company policies.
  7. Ensure a safe and secure restaurant environment.

Physical Requirements

  1. Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.
  2. Extended periods of walking and/or standing.
  3. Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, kneeling, squatting, pushing, and pulling.
