About the Role

The Company is looking for a dynamic Vice President of Operations for Parts Fulfillment. As a global executive leader, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the performance of the Parts Fulfillment organization. Your primary focus will be on increasing delivery speed, ensuring on-time performance, and elevating the overall customer experience. You will lead the development and execution of an innovative global fulfillment model, champion key initiatives such as ERP enablement, and ensure that the organization operates at a high level of scalability, reliability, and performance.

In this leadership position, you will be responsible for strategic and functional direction, delivery excellence, organizational design, and talent development. You will align the Parts Fulfillment organization with the company's mission to be a top global provider of packaging solutions, serving as a cultural and strategic driving force within both operations and commercial leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of senior operational leadership experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, or inventory management. Proven success in driving improvements within a complex, high-volume B2B environment is essential. Strong expertise in data analysis for operational and strategic decision-making is also crucial.

This role requires familiarity with ERP systems, process implementation, and optimization. A Bachelor's degree is required. We seek an operational expert who is data-driven and customer-focused, with a remarkable ability to influence and collaborate across various functions. Your leadership style should prioritize care, clarity, accountability, and high performance.
