The Opportunity:
Ensemble seeks an experienced Sailpoint Engineer to support the implementation and integration of the Sailpoint Identity platform (IdentityNow) following a major acquisition and technical environment merger. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Sailpoint engineering and integration, with a strong understanding of identity platforms at an architectural level, enabling them to guide the team and challenge vendors when necessary.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of IAM solutions leveraging SailPoint Business+ 1
- Develop and maintain user lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews 2
- Integrate IAM solutions with existing infrastructure and applications, including Entra ID, ServiceNow, and Workday 3
- Conduct regular assessments and audits of IAM policies, roles, and entitlements to maintain security compliance 3
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption 2
- Stay current with IAM technologies and best practices to recommend improvements 3
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members 3
- Integrate SailPoint with authoritative sources like Workday and SuccessFactors to build identity cubes and manage user lifecycle processes 3
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) based on job titles and attributes 3
- Ensure compliance with access certifications and configure standard reports 3
- Support ServiceNow integration for access requests and approval workflows 3
- Conduct unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue management resolution during go-live phases
Desired Education:
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience
Other Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Deep experience with SailPoint IdentityNow and Business+ platforms
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture and identity governance
- Experience integrating with Entra ID, ServiceNow, Workday, and SuccessFactors
- Proficiency in RBAC implementation and access certification processes
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and reporting requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot complex IAM issues and manage go-live support
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of sandbox and production environments for testing and deployment
- Analytical mindset for process improvement and compliance
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience with ServiceNow integration and workflow configuration
- This position pays between $75,600 to 144,900 based on experience
