About the Role

Were partnering with a well-established civil engineering and planning firm seeking a Water Resources Design Engineer / Project Manager to join their growing Greenville, SC office.

This position focuses on the analysis, design, and project delivery of municipal and private-sector water and wastewater infrastructure projects including gravity and pressure sanitary sewer mains, water transmission mains, and pumping systems.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical skills with project management capabilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality infrastructure that supports community growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects
• Conduct hydraulic modeling, master planning, and system assessments
• Prepare construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Perform asset inventory, field investigations, and support construction administration
• Collaborate with engineers, municipalities, and contractors to ensure timely and accurate project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering (required)
• 48 years of related design experience
• P.E. license preferred (any state accepted for reciprocity) or EIT working toward licensure
• Proficiency with:


• PCSWMM, EPANET, WaterCAD (hydraulic modeling)
• ESRI ArcGIS Pro, Survey123, Field Maps
