Description:

Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking an Office Manager. This position is responsible for managing key accounting and administrative tasks that support daily business operations including processing of financial transactions, organizes reporting and documentation, and manages both payables and receivables. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and proficient in QuickBooks with a strong understanding of accounting principles. This is a first shift opportunity Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with a starting pay of $25/hr.

Office Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and phone calls, providing courteous and professional assistance.
  • Maintain and update employee files, payroll records, and related HR documentation.
  • Enter invoices, receipts, and other financial records into QuickBooks with accuracy.
  • Manage accounts payable including invoice review, approval routing, and timely payment processing.
  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing customers and following up on outstanding balances.
  • Handle inventory reporting and lot tracking to ensure accurate material movement and usage records.
Office Manager Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including journal entries, balancing accounts, and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related accounting role.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
