Job Title: Safety Manager

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to oversee all health and safety operations at our expansive manufacturing facility. This role is exclusively focused on health and safetynot environmental matters. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader with proven experience managing sizable teams in a large manufacturing setting. While experience in smaller facilities (100200 employees) may not be sufficient, candidates with a history of managing multiple sites will be considered if they demonstrate active, on-the-ground leadership.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in health and safety, preferably in consumer products or high-speed manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
• Proven track record in reducing injury rates and controlling costs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate large teams in complex manufacturing environments.
