Transaction Success Manager

As the transaction success manager, you will work closely with other team leaders within and outside the engineering department to ensure quick identification and resolution of production issues while proactively creating early warning systems and real-time transaction monitoring systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the process of issue resolution of all applications on live environment
• Coordinating the development and maintenance of all application technical documentation
• Working with other teams to create a proactive monitoring and early alert system for monitoring downtimes and anomalies
• Ensuring minimum 99% uptime on all channels
