Call Center Sales & Service Representative

Are you passionate about water safety and making a difference in your community? Do you have experience teaching swim lessons and enjoy guiding families through meaningful decisions? If so, British Swim School Halton wants you on our team!

We're looking for friendly, confident, and swim-savvy professionals to support our mission by combining customer service with strong program knowledge. You'll play a key role in helping families choose the right swim programs and ensuring every child gets the opportunity to become water-safe.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and online chats
• Assist families with program selection and enrollment
• Provide helpful, accurate, and friendly support
• Maintain and update customer records in our system
• Process registrations, forms, and follow-ups on leads
• Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
• Promote current offers and track daily call activity
• Deliver a consistently positive customer experience

Mandatory Requirement:

Applicants must have prior experience teaching swim lessons and be comfortable discussing swim programs and water safety with families.

Asset:

• Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross, or equivalent certification. These credentials demonstrate your understanding of water safety and are a valuable asset for this role.

What You Bring:

• Previous sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Confidence using phone systems, scheduling platforms, and CRMs
• Enthusiastic attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Completion of JackRabbit (POS & scheduling system) and Skyprep training (provided)

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Reliable computer with camera and strong internet connection
• Willingness to complete a background check

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
