Work Environment & Expectations: This role may involve a mix of office-based coordination and on-the-ground field work, depending on workflow needs. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and accuracy.
The Fielding Coordinator plays a critical leadership role within the operations team, overseeing all fielding activities to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely execution of work. This position is a member of the Manager's Leadership Team and acts as the primary point of contact for fielding operations, training, and resource management. The Fielding Coordinator ensures all data collection and field prep processes are executed to the highest standards, while also contributing to team development and process improvement.
As a Fielding Coordinator, you can expect to:
BS Degree & 2+ Years of Relevant experience working with electric distribution projects OR AS Degree & 4 years of relevant experience; Additional Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Prior experience in field operations or coordination roles preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and scheduling abilities. Comfortable working with fielding software and reporting tools (experience with Skywire is a plus). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting project demands. Technical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience in training and mentoring staff is highly desirable. Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
