Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team. The role involves electromechanical assembly and pre-assembly of small and medium-sized components, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, assembly procedures, and estimated timescales. Key tasks include wiring and connecting electrical and electronic components, testing semi-finished and finished products according to quality and packaging specifications, and performing aesthetic control of components before and after assembly. You will also be responsible for maintaining workstations and assembly stations in order.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electromechanical assembly and pre-assembly of components.
• Wire and connect electrical and electronic components.
• Test semi-finished and finished products for quality assurance.
• Conduct aesthetic checks of components before and after assembly.
• Comply with safety, quality, and production indicators.
• Perform minor soldering tasks when required.
• Maintain orderliness of workstations and assembly areas.

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in assembly and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with electrical assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience with mechanical assembly is preferred.
• Capability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
• Experience with light repetitive and highly custom assembly.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
