POSITION SUMMARY:

The embroidery assistant will be responsible for assisting and following the embroidery technician's instructions to fulfill quality and timely embroidery orders.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

* Bags and tags finished products and reporting accurate counts.

* Assists with machine setup following all safety and company policy procedures.

* Assists with machine breakdown following all safety and company policy procedures.

* Performs general cleanup of machinery and area around station in accordance with safety and company policy procedures.

* All other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Years of experience: One year

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

* Follow standard procedures and quality standards with attention to detail.

* Work in a team environment.

* Execute tasks according to specified guidelines and timelines.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

* N/A

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Regular walking and standing

* Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.

INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:

* Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor. Limited opportunity exists for exercising independent judgment and decision making.
